Further refine and develop the approved concept design through the production of furniture plans and high quality CGI’s to finalise the design direction.
Develop and document the base package for MEP coordination and the preliminary selections of FF&E, interior finishes, sanitary & hardware.
Finalise and document the interior design details, prepare the drawing package and complete the FF&E, interior finishes, sanitary & hardware specifications.
Incorporate final client comments and produce interior tender drawings and specifications that will enable the QS to prepare the tender BOQ
Construction Administration
Assist in the tender & award process, by answering queries from bidders, and reviewing the proposed alternatives. Monitoring the construction on site, by reviewing shop drawings and material submittals, reviewing proposed value engineering solutions and ensuring the approved design is realised.
