Eugen is a Senior Project Manager with a proven track record over 15 years in successfully delivering complex programmes across multi-billion-dollar mixed-use developments. He is well equipped to take an advisory role across the full project life cycle, in addition to partnering with C-Level Management teams he is able to determine design and sustainability standards, in hand with ensuring compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements creating ‘buy in’ across the full remit of the project.

Eugen has excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and motivate a wide range of local and global stakeholders. He excels in integrating visually impactful and essential functional elements to ensure projects are optimised, ensured all projects are delivered on time, within budgets and in accordance to the client’s specification.
