Iain has a wealth of experience in all aspects of the construction industry, with more than 28 years of experience he has worked globally for developers, designers and contractors. From the design phases through to the site execution, Iain is able to approach every project with a clear understanding of the needs of each stakeholder, and has the ability to steer a path that maximizes the best result for all.

Over the past 12 years, Iain has been involved in some of the most iconic projects in the Middle East and provides solutions to assist clients in overcoming the immense challenges inherent in the industry and region. As a Founding Partner, Iain leads the operations of the studio and assumes responsibility for the overall project delivery per the clients’ and operator’s requirements.
