Josh is an experienced hospitality designer with a remarkable career that spans various aspects of the industry. He has worked for consultancies, operators, and developers, showcasing his deep understanding of the field and establishing himself as a thoughtful leader and visionary. He strives to have an understanding of the spirit and motive of the projects. His work extends to major global hospitality operators, where he has contributed to numerous projects.
Starting his career in New York City, Josh spent over a decade working in Manhattan on a mixture of projects but a particular focus with Hotels. Working with boutique hotels he gained valuable insights. This ingrained a keen sense of design language that respects the past while moving forward in the evolution of hospitality.
In 2008, he made a significant move to Dubai, where he focused on larger international projects, including prestigious establishments like the St. Regis in Abu Dhabi, The Intercontinental in Doha, Qatar, Hilton in Jeddah, Raffles in Istanbul, Mansard Hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Kempinski in Amman, Jordan. This international exposure allowed him to draw inspiration from diverse cultures and ideas, enriching his design approach.
Josh's passion lies in understanding the experience and creating memorable, immersive spaces that stimulate the imagination elevating to a higher level.
