Monica is a seasoned Interior Designer with an extensive 19-year career spanning diverse global regions, including Australasia, MENA, and Europe. Her expertise encompasses the dynamic realms of hospitality, multi-residential, commercial, and education sectors, with a remarkable decade spent contributing to Dubai's high-end hospitality landscape, including the prestigious award-winning W The Palm Hotel.

In her most recent role, Monica served as the Senior Interior Design Manager at Marriott International's Head Office in Frankfurt, Germany. Over five years, she played a pivotal role in overseeing the design landscape for brands within the Marriott portfolio. As a strategic leader, Monica managed both Select Service and Full-Service brands, conducting rigorous design reviews on behalf of operators and clients.

Monica's responsibilities extended to the comprehensive project lifecycle, encompassing initial concept development, feasibility studies, property investment plans (PIP), and adherence to brand standards.
